Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils which come from flowers and plants to help promote physical & mental well-being. It is commonly thought that when these essential oils are inhaled they can stimulate the brain function.

Reflexology is a treatment where the therapist applies pressure with their thumbs and fingers your feet or hands. The feet are believed to be a mirror to the body & body systems, these body systems can be mapped out on the feet, these areas are called reflex points.

Indian head massage is an ayurverdic system of healing; this healing system has been used in India for a thousand years and is used in daily life in India. Indian head massage releases stress which has built up in the muscles and joints of the head, scalp, neck & shoulders.

Reiki is a healing modality which uses the Universal life force energy through the laying on of hands on or over various areas of the body. It is known as the ‘Universal Life Force Energy’ it flows through us and around us. ‘Rei’ means universal & ‘Ki’ means life force energy.

Crystal therapy is a healing modality which treats patients holistically, by placing crystals on the relevant areas of the body and within the room. It is a non-invasive treatment which is both relaxing and enjoyable natural procedure.

Developed by Dr Edward Bach a British homeopath in the 1930’s who believed that the dew on flowers held healing within it from the flowers. This also coincides with water memory and how water can retain the energy of that which it comes into contact with, in this case flower essences.
